Jayce Gardner blasts a 9th inning 2 out 3-run home run on a 3-2 count to help the Taft Cougars beat Cerro Coso College 8-6. The Cougars trailed 6-1 entering the 8th inning and they proceeded to score 2 runs in the 8th and 5 runs in the 9th. Jacob Cruz went 3x5 with 2 RBI and Wes Hebert 2x5 with a double. Tait Ludwick pitches a clean 8th inning for the win and Kaivon Kealoha strikes out the side in the 9th to get the save for Taft College.
