This Season: Bourelle enters his sophomore season riding momentum gained from the summer of 2017. Bourelle won the Bakersfield City Amatuer, shooting 4 under in two days (72-68) at Sundale Country Club. Bourelle will be seeking consecutive appearances in the CCCAA State Championships as well as leading the Cougars to their first CVC Championship in Men’s Golf.

2016-17: Bourelle finished the season with the team’s best scoring average (73) as a freshman for the Cougars, earning all Central Valley Conference honors. Bourelle won the first collegiate tournament hosted in Taft in over 20 years with a 4-under-par round of 68, which was the best round recorded among all players in the Central Valley Conference that year. Bourelle went on to qualify for the CCCAA NorCal Regional Championship where he carded rounds of 78 and 75 to earn a spot into the CCCAA State Championship where he finished in 22nd place.
