Taft College Women’s Volleyball Handles WHC Lemoore at Home

TAFT, CA – On Wednesday, November 8th, Taft College Women's Volleyball challenged West Hills College Lemoore. The Cougars took care of business the first time they faced WHCL and were hoping to do the same this time around.

Taft took both the first and second sets 25-10. Followed by the third and final set 25-16. The team chemistry was a game changer and allowed for the Cougars to dominate on their side of the court.

"It's always nice winning at home, in front of your family and friends, as well as the community members and TC faculty/staff. I think this win is really going to help us with gearing up as we head into post season. Overall, it's been a really great season, and I am forever grateful to have played with such a great group of girls," said sophomore libero Kailee Wakatake.

Taft hosts Reedley College on Friday, November 10th, for Sophomore Night. It is the Cougar's final conference match of the 2023-2024 season.
