Taft opens conference play with loss to Reedley
The Taft College women's golf team opened up conference play on Thursday with a 325-415 loss to host Reedley College at Kings river Golf & Country Club.

"Kings River GC is one of the most challenging course in the Central Valley," said head coach Bruce Burroughs. "And with three of the Taft College players having never played any other course than Buena Vista (Taft's home course), it was that more challenging."

Freshman Alyssa Irey led TC with her card of 93.
Other Taft College scores:
Sierra Pilgrim, 99
Kayla Kaszycki, 106
Isabella Martinez, 117
Aylinne Narvaez, 157
