The Men's Soccer team took home the win today at West Hills College. The final score was 4-1. The first goal happened in the 13th minute and was scored by Hugo Magana. Alex Cabrera took a shot which was deflected landing at Hugo's feet and he put the ball away. Luis Lopez scored the second goal in the 24th minute when Alex Cabrera played Luis a through ball and Luis tucked the ball away. In the beginning minutes of the second half, the Cougars managed to get another goal. Alan Perez played Alex Cabrera a ball that he put away with a hard left foot shot. The last goal happened in the 77th minute when Hugo Magana managed to pick the ball off giving it to Javien Cortez who took a shot outside the 18-yard box and scored. West Hills managed to get a goal in the 85th minute. Now the Cougars will prepare to play on Friday, October 26 as they travel to Visalia to take on College of the Sequoias.
