The Cougars hosted their first Conference game vs College of the Sequioas on Tuesday. The Cougars finished with a 2-0 win today. Luis Lopez scored the first goal in the 12th minute of the game. Leopoldo Hernandez got an assist as he passed it to Luis at the top of the 18 yard box and took a shot which hit the back of the net. The Cougars got another goal late in the first half. In the 40th, minute Johan Rodriguez scored a goal to extend the lead 2-0. Luis Lopez got an assist as he held the ball in the 18 yard box and laid it off to Johan for a nice finish. The Cougars are now 7-1-1 and will host a non-conference match against College of the Canyons on Friday September 28 at 4:00pm.
