Taft College played the first night game in the history of their program on Friday, October 13th and they dominated Fullerton College on their way to a 3-0 non-conference win. The Cougars got on the board quickly when freshman Clayton Torr opened the scoring in the 5th minute off an assist from Leopoldo Hernandez. TC then doubled their tally just five minutes later when freshmen Hugo Magana scored off an assist from freshman Alan Perez. The Cougars scored again in the 75th minute when sophomore Marcos Moreno scored his first goal of the season putting the cougars up 3-0. The Cougars have won their last four games. The Cougars (9-4-2) next home game is Tuesday 10/16/17 at 3 against Santa Ana College (8-2-3).
