TAFT, CA – Local Taft resident standout Jackson Berry of the Taft College Baseball program has signed his national letter of intent to continue his career at NCAA Division II California State University at San Marcos.
A 2022 graduate of Taft Union High School, Berry played for the TC Cougars as an outfielder and was named Central Valley Conference First Team All-State this past season.
He will continue to stay a Cougar joining the CSU San Marcos Baseball Cougars next season in arguably one of the toughest NCAA Division II conferences in the nation in the 12-member California Collegiate Athletic Association.
