Sophomore Andres Garza went a perfect 3 for 3 at the plate for Taft College in an 8-2 loss to visiting Cerro Coso College on Monday. The Coyotes smashed four home runs over the first five innings to jump out to a 5-0 lead that the Cougars couldn't overcome.

Garza reached base in all four plate appearances as he added a walk to his three singles. Taft totaled six hits in the contest.
