Taft traveled up to play #2 ranked San Joaquin Delta College on Tuesday. Nick O'Connor started on the bump. He took the loss allowing 7 runs on 9 hits and 2 walks.
Three other pitchers came into the game after O'Connor.
Wesley Hebert led the way offensively for the Cougars; hammering 2 hits, in 3 at-bats. Noah Sirkel also had a single.
The Cougars will look to bounce back when they host San Joaquin Delta on Saturday, February 10th, at 1:00 pm.
